These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Tariq Nawaz ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance & License

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use or access our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Services on devices owned or controlled by you. Under this license, you agree that you will not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), or hacks to modify functionality.
• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt any security features, monetization systems, or advertisements.

2. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Our Services may include virtual currencies or virtual items. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real cash.
• All purchases of virtual goods are processed by third-party app stores and are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to control, regulate, modify, or remove any virtual goods without liability to you.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services — including text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code — are owned, controlled, or licensed by Tariq Nawaz, and are protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

4. Third-Party Content

Our Services may feature advertisements, links, or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, and we do not endorse and are not responsible for any content, advertising, products, or other materials available from such third parties.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, server, or database.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or entity or provide false information.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Services without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tariq Nawaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tariq Nawaz and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
